This tour was designed to highlight the relationship food and culture have. One of the best ways to understand the story of 'a people' is to gather over a meal, labored with love. Many of the local meals in the US Virgin Islands are a labor of love. Every stop was handpicked because it represents a sector of our culinary scene in the Virgin Islands.
